IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
Ready for Pickup: Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You will be notified via email or text when your order is prepared.
Pickup Requirements: Bring your order confirmation and valid ID. If someone else is picking up, please inform us in advance.
Pickup Window: Orders must be collected within 7 days. Uncollected orders may be restocked unless prior arrangements are made.
Final Sale: All in-store pickups are final sale. Inspect your items upon collection. Damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours with photos.
